Customers can return or exchane  only defective / Torn / Damaged product within 7 days from the date of delivery provided the Customer has to make an uncut unboxing video and send it to support mail id for Return / Exchange claim process . The video should be clear from every angle to pass the Return / Exchange claim . No Blurr / Cut / Crop video or video taken after opening shipment packaging will not be accepted for Return /Exchange claim .
