Refunds and Return Policy for Heyuva

At Heyuva, we aim to provide a rewarding shopping experience for our customers.  

1. Return and Exchange Policies:

Our return and replacement policy allows for goods to be returned and replaced within 14 days of receiving the order. Reach out to our customer support team to initiate return process. Shipping labels will be provided once return has been approved. No restocking fee.

2. Product Quality Assurance:

We strive to offer top quality products to our customers. Each item undergoes a thorough inspection, defect check, and careful packaging to ensure your satisfaction.

2. Order Cancellation and Refunds:

In certain instances, if a selected product is out of stock or issues arise during inventory and quality checks, your order may be canceled. You will be notified in advance, especially if you’ve made an online payment.  

3. Quality Check and Packaging:

We conduct rigorous quality checks before dispatching ordered items and take utmost care in packaging to prevent damage during transit.

4. Damaged or Wrong Product:

If your items are faulty, damaged or we sent you something incorrectly, we will pay for the cost of return using our own logistic partner (Please note; we are unable to refund return costs of items should you decide to use an alternative unauthorized service). Please, contact us within 48 hours of receiving your order with picture evidences.

5. Refund:

Once we have received your return, we will process your refund payment within 7 business days of return approval. Refund will made to the original method used for the purchase.

6. Your Consent:

By using our website/app, registering an account, or making a purchase, you acknowledge that our platform serves as a mediator, and you consent to abide by the return and refund policies of the respective sellers.

7. Changes to Policies:

In the event of updates or changes to our policies, reflecting the services and terms accurately, such modifications will be prominently posted. Continued use of the service implies your acceptance of the updated policies. If you disagree with any changes, you have the option to delete your account.
